Located on Skrip, Brac Island, this beautiful Dalmatian stone villa looks stunning with its L-Shaped swimming pool. The Villa Skrip is just 3 kilometers from the sea, offering splendid views of Brac, the Adriatic as well as the mainland.
A quiet road will take you to the villa, where double doors open into a luxurious courtyard where you will find a pool house below a lovely terrace, which offers excellent views of the mainland.
Main house access starts from the courtyard, leading to a huge open kitchen and dining area.
From the lounge, French doors will open to a terrace and down to the pool area. The first floor of the villa has a master bedroom plus double bed and French doors that will open out onto a balcony with splendid views of the surroundings.
There are also three other bedrooms that have a family bathroom plus hydro massage bath. There is a separate stone guest house with a kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa bed in the lounge and a shower room.
This villa is ideal for a large or extended family - a wonderful setting where you have access to all the attractions the island has to offer.
