The Sheriva Villa is on a 10-acre waterfront alcove that overlooks Cove Lagoon as well as the Caribbean Sea. From most of the suites of this fine hotel, one gets an incredible ocean view to St. Martin and also the other islands nearby.

The hotel consists of three private residence-style villas that are accented by exotic hardwoods, fine marble, granite and travertine plus state-of-the art technology. Sheriva’s architectural design is a delicate mixture of neo-classical elements and Caribbean style.

Two of the villas have each seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms (infinity edge bathtubs), two pools plus hot tubs. In each villa you will also find a fitness area and a media-entertainment suite. The largest villa is called Mystique Villa, and boasts of a 21,000 sq. ft. area. In addition to the amenities found in the former two smaller villas, Mystique offers four Grand Villa suites, one rooftop Loft Suite, nine bathrooms, two bridges. The bridges lead to the main living areas, three pools, gym as well as a one-bedroom garden suite.
