This is a family winery that is located in the Sonoma Valley. This 16,000 square foot French Normandy winery is known as “the castle” around the world. The winery was originally designed as a residence - a family home. It turned out however, that this architectural showpiece was better suited to house the family’s planned winery. The house was designed entirely by the winery’s CEO and owner, Steve Ledson.

As you pass through the gates, the building rises majestically in the horizon. The front lawns are edged with boxwood hedges with walkways, adorned with fragrant plantings and a lavish fountain in the center.

The winery entry in itself is a work of art. No wonder brides plan fairytale weddings here. The grounds of the winery are perfect for weddings. With a backdrop of vineyards and mountains, the regal castle is every photographer’s dream.
